Peonies and childhood memories.

Peonies (sometimes paeony) are beautiful, majestic flowers. Often called thornless roses, they symbolise wealth, health, and joyfulness.

They are extremely elegant, which is why they were often planted in the royal gardens. Right after roses and lilies, they occupied the most important place.

For me, the peony is one of the flowers of my childhood, so that is why I have great sentiment for it.

It reminds me of carefree and untroubled fun on hot days in my grandfather's garden. He was a great lover of flowers, and he instilled in me a love for them.

The intense, sweet, but at the same time subtle and fresh scent of peonies stays in your memory forever.

And here are peonies seen through my eyes. I know that I can't even half convey their natural and unique beauty, but I still wanted to immortalise them on paper.
